A community built to enjoy beautiful Long Sought For Pond, Summer Village is a seasonal cottage community built on the historic grounds of a former summer camp. It’s a place where nature, nostalgia, and New England charm come together to offer the perfect escape from everyday life.

This special area was once known as Wyman’s Beach, a beloved local destination where families would gather for camping trips, swimming, and summer memories. My mother and grandmother spent many summers here, and I’m proud to continue that tradition. What I love most about Summer Village is that the close-knit, “camp-style” community spirit still thrives today.
